Sample fees depend on model, count and packaging. Fees may be credited to qualified bulk orders.

Freight

Courier freight is normally paid by the buyer or arranged on buyer account.

Timing

Standard sample preparation usually takes 3–7 business days after model confirmation.

Replacement

If the sample is damaged in transit, replacement can be discussed with photos and courier records.
